Maintain a neutral spine and a forward-facing head position. Make a straight angle with your neck. For a count of five, hold. Repeat on the other side. Perform this motion for three sets on each side. Your neck will be the first place to feel the strain.

Shift to a hands-and-knees position while remaining on the floor. While maintaining a straight back, neck, and elbows, lower your head toward the floor. Deep breath in. Slowly lower your back while raising your head in an upward curve as you breath. Do these five sets again.

Taking a relaxed seat on the floor with one's back to the door. Gradually tilt your head to the back. Jaw movement is encouraged. Count to 10 while you remain in this posture. Face forward again. Complete three sets of this.
